In a free 30-minute consultation, you walk us through your week. We check your volumes against the sizes you chose, quote any scoped work and answer your questions. Once you accept, we set up access, agree how we communicate and write working notes on how we’ll handle your work.

Your team handles the agreed work every month, in your name and your tone. We flag what needs your decision. Each month we review your volumes with you and adjust your plan if your business has changed.

Before you ask Prices are fixed per service and size. We confirm your volumes on a free call before you sign, and your quote matches the builder unless your volumes are different. No, and that's deliberate. A trained team handles your work, so it never stops for leave, illness or resignations. You have one point of contact who knows your account. Yes. Move up or down a size, or add a service, from the next month. Anything outside your plan is quoted as a fixed price before we start. Yes. We use what works. If a process or tool is slowing you down, we'll show you a better way, and can set it up through our Systems & Workflow Set-Up service. We handle bookkeeping capture and gather the figures and documents your accountant needs. Financial statements, tax returns and submissions stay with your registered accountant or tax practitioner. Longer commitments lower every monthly price, by 5% for 3 months and 10% for 6 months. Month-to-month is available too. Once-off work, such as clearing an admin backlog, a presentation or a system set-up, is scoped and quoted as a fixed price after a free consultation. We hope so. We work remotely day to day, but we like knowing the people we work with, and we try to visit our Gauteng clients now and then. When a handover or a process needs us in the room, we'll come to you anywhere in South Africa, quoted upfront with travel included. Completely. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you before we see a thing. How you work, what you charge, who your clients are and what your numbers look like is used only to do your work, and never leaves your DeskWork team.
