Yes. Our Plans are designed to scale with your business. You can increase or adjust your support hours as your operational needs grow, ensuring you always have the right level of support.

When are support plans billed?

Support plans are paid upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle. This secures your allocated support hours and ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to your business.

What services are included in the plans?

All plans include access to our full operational support services, including administrative support, financial administration coordination, CRM and client management, marketing coordination, and workflow and systems support.

What kind of tasks can DeskWork support?

We assist with a wide range of operational tasks such as administration, CRM management, preparing quotes and invoices, tracking outstanding accounts, coordinating marketing activities, managing client communication, organising workflows, supporting internal business processes and so on.

Are software, subscriptions, or development costs included?

No. Software subscriptions, third-party tools, and external development costs (such as website development or specialised platforms) are not included in the support plans and will be billed separately where applicable.
